Wardrobes I Would Steal | Countdown

title

On my endeavour to not only post more but also not just do reviews and Wrap Ups, I am once again revisiting Countdown, a feature I started last year have been doing very inconsistently since! Today I’m going to be talking about the characters whose wardrobes I would definitely, definitely raid.

#5: Laurel (Wings by Aprilynne Pike)

Laurel’s dresses, especially in later books in the series, seem so light and pretty and airy and as someone who overheats RIDICULOUSLY EASILY that seems like perfection to me.

#4: Celia (The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern)

Okay so Celia can change her clothes at will with her magic. Who wouldn’t want that. PLUS she has an incredible designer making free dresses for her.

#3: Sophia (Rook by Sharon Cameron)

Sometimes I want a bit more colour to my ballgowns than Celia’s dark costume…

#2: Mor (A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas)

Night Court fashion is great and Mor is very, very stylish (her being beautiful helps). Also, these designs are perhaps a little more practical than the other ballgowns above. Honourable mention here to Amren from ACOMAF for her rather lavish taste in gorgeous jewelery.

#1: Aelin (Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas)

Yeah, well, I couldn’t resist putting another SJM book on here, but the reasoning here is more for the epic arsenal that comes with the wardrobe, because although Aelin has excellent taste in clothes there are many other beautiful dresses on this list; Aelin for sure has the best weapons.

And that’s all! Is there a character I missed? Let me know! Happy reading, Keira x.
